For the love of God ya'll, we're 8 and freakin 0 with our best player out! We are hard-nosed, exciting, and fun to watch. I said fun to watch. And growing! Exactly what we've waited for lo these many years. So can you all just STFU about nanny nanny boo boo who posted what when? I'd lick pavement for a damn no board on board rule. Very disappointing and sophomoric. And right now of all times?

If say, Jordan Horston NEVER wanted to come out of a game no matter what and complained every minute she was out, we would 100% immediately anoint her the most competitive, highly motivated, team and game loving player in history. Probably build her a statue. All this crap about Bueckers seems over heated, over personalized, and kinda comically predictable to me. I agree with our Storrs visitor. Get a damn grip.

And for good measure, I always thought it was totally humiliating for the last scrub (or Slug, as Geno has often called them) on the bench to get the huge cheers and laughter from the regulars every time they touch the ball. You know that guy's the worst one on the team. Very mascotlike. Why not just rub their heads for good luck? Paige probably trying to spare them the embarrassment.

Been watching Mo State and SDSU. Back and forth so far. SDSU takes a two point lead into the fourth.

SDSU has a crap ton of turnovers but have been efficient at 50% from the field. Mo State offense is just ugly.

I'm not offended. I just don't care what you think. I skim read your first long defense of Bueckers, et al, and realized it doesn't matter to me in the least what anyone from Uconn says, and stopped reading your other too-long posts.

“It’s giving” is a figure of speech. It’s used when one thing resembles something else or when separate things share a connection.

Examples: if I wore a suit with shoulder pads someone may say it’s giving linebacker. Or looking at Kellie I’d say it’s giving national coach of the year.

The poster is saying it appears Fulwiley will attend LSU.

First, I really hope PB’s injury is not serious and she is back on the court soon.
Second, it seems feasible to me that she does want to play 40 minutes a game. The why that is doesn’t matter. Love of the game, stat stuffing whatever, it really doesn’t matter. Bottom line her teammates, who work just as hard as she does don’t get an opportunity to play a bit as well.. With maturity PB may rethink that. The supposed mature one, the one who has the final say is Geno. He is the one who should tell PB he is putting so and so in for her and she should happily go to the bench and support her teammate. A great life lesson there. The whole, not my fault, she’s a pain in the butt when she’s on the bench is just one more example of Geno throwing a player under the bus.

Is it just me or do teams that excel with 3-point shooting always seem to be a little slow with below average ball handlers? LSU really exposed Iowa St the other night. SDSU struggling with the defensive pressure.

Actually, I see your point bc its exactly how I feel about Olympic Hogs Taursi and Byrd. Yes, you, you, you and your burning desire and accomplishments, but how bout giving someone else a little shot once and a while and put I Me Mine aside.

Also I call BS on Geno for his take, "oh she gets grouchy so I do what she says." Since when?

But I still think the Bueckers Bashing is a bit much. Hope she's ok soon.
