SC only has one black head coach in any sport. It is the only sport where they are actually doing any significant winning. Women's basketball is their claim to fame right now and they have nothing else to be proud of in their overall sports program. I guess that is why so many of them act out the way they do. You need to have something to believe in and women's basketball is it for them the last few seasons.

Nah just beat up and depleted. Florida was dead in the water soon as Smith went down in the SEC tourney. Otherwise I think they would be a sweet 16 team.

Kentucky has been on a huge decline since Matthew Mitchell retired. They lose 3 to graduation and I wouldn't be surprised if they lose some in the portal.

What I don't understand as KY was losing in the 4Q, it became the Edwards show. Howard hit a three with about 4 minutes to go, and basically didn't touch ball for the rest of the quarter. Let your All American put the team on her shoulders and take charge and try and win the game. JMHO...

Sheesh. A lot of folks were calling a potential upset victory for the tough Princeton team -- well coached by a former Husky -- but I had hoped the Cats would be able to come in still riding that wave of momentum they were on. No such luck. They apparently left it all on the floor to win the SECT. I hate it for Kyra, and am happy Kellie and her crew get to play another day.

Thank you! I like others teams also. Lots and lots of them! , but when your alma mater dances for the first time in 25ish years, it’s time to be proud! Long time coming for Amherst, MA and hopefully some recruits will be interested in joining what Sam Breen has helped build. Coach looks solid and other teammates seem like a group to build around to remain in the top chunk of the A-10 for the next while to come!
Thanks for the support of a flagship team that totally underperforms and doesn’t recruit well but had a supportive student fan base who loves to and reason to celebrate and rally!

I completely agree with you. Kyra thought Edwards would dominate while she used Howard as a decoy. After the third time without scoring she should have changed tactics.

I love hearing about other teams on here! I am officially an Argonaut fan now too. Their schedule went from one cold place to the next colder place.
There are great teams and great fans all over and at every level!

SEC I do think has regressed on fundamentals as a whole

Even SC plays more of a bully ball (though very well) while many of the other top teams are more of a poetry in motion type deal

Injuries clearly play a role on some of these teams as well
