Looks like they are going to pay her over a million a season as Georgia was paying her 850000 and story I read said she got a big raise to go there. Be fun to see what happens at Georgia if any players get in the portal and who they hire. A&M losing a lot of players so maybe they will be the Texas A&M Bulldogs if some Georgia players decide to go with her.

I think he should stay at Belmont. I don’t think those men translate well to P5 coaching. Have seen several try, like Newbauer, and it never seems to go well.

I think it’s much smarter to be a Karl Smesko and kick butt at a mid-major.

I’m betting UGA hires a woman, seems to be the trend.

Me either! While the money is good set up your family and yourself. Not mad at all. The fact she is making a mil is going to force other coaches to get paid more.

She worked hard to get Barker even hired her AAU Assistant finally got her in a round about way. I wonder what Tyree thinks of this he wasn't a big fan of hers in the past.

UGA lucked out here. I think they just upgraded. Really thought they would go the cheap route.

Not convinced Yo is a basketball mind though. Just like Joni I see a personality and a recruiter. Not an Xs and Os basketball coach. The crap she said before playing South Dakota is proof. No coach who understands the game would ever talk about an opponent like that before they play. South Dakota is fundamental and their coach understands basketball on that level. Love watching them

I really liked the UCF Coach, she has a great team, and she was funny in her after game remarks. 🙂
