SEC Freshmen of the year will probably be between Poffenbarger or Flaujae, unless Barker puts up crazy numbers when she comes back. The issue is teams will force everyone else but her to beat them. LSU and Arkansas have much better surrounding pieces.

I wish Barker the best though. Seems like a good kid. I think by the end of year 2, if A&M doesn't start making significant strides, I won't be shocked if she explored her options. She has said she wants to win and get to the WNBA. But I am guessing she knew what she got herself into when she choose to follow Joni to A&M. To be fair though, I don't think most expected them to be this bad early on. A&M was in rebuild mode when Joni took over but they are behind schedule so far

I didn't pay attention to that first part I thought it was about after she got the ball and dribbled out the girl reached and wasn't close then. Strange reaction by a player several seconds after the fact.

Did not look unintentional at all to me. Looked like an accident that it ended up in her hand and then she yanked it on purpose. Not cool.


I was watching live and you could hear her say “you pulled my hair” and the other girl said “yeah, I did.”

And then the fight started lol.

UCONN has 27 TO tonight against Princeton. Up 64 62 with 46 seconds to go. Don't remember a UCONN team with so many turnovers especially at home vs a non ranked team. No Fudd or Bueckers, but still almost 30 TOs. Geno has to be livid.

Uconn in a dogfight at home vs. Princeton. Up 66-62 with 40s to play after Griffin scored and was fouled. She has a sick stat-line. 29 pts (11-11 shooting and 2-2 deep) and 10 rbs. Looks like they lost their 3rd starter so far this season when Nika Muhl took a knee to the head. Hard to imagine she won't be in concussion protocol. They probably have worse luck than Tennessee at this point.

Looks like they lost Muhl in the 3rd quarter to a concussion and had to play Bettencourt. I think she's the only true guard left on their roster after all the injuries.

Second half they were playing 3 freshmen, including end of the the bench.
Lopez Sénéchal out in Q4 with foot injury, their excellent pg Mühl out with probable concussion at start of Q3. Surprised they were able to hold on.

Unranked Toledo wins at undefeated #14 Michigan. Unranked(although undefeated) Kansas looks like they will know off undefeated #12 Arizona on the road being up 54 33 going to the 4th. It's crazy so far this season on both the men and women's side of basketball. Parity everywhere!!

Yeah I have said numerous times that their rise was McDonald and not Barnes.

McDonald is one their staff as a recruiting coordinator now. Was former LVFL Kortney Dunbar. Anyone know where KD is ?
