None of these games matter

Was it someone else? Maybe LSU or even Ohio State. I know that a two loss alasalami has been seriously considered in the past.

LSU went in 2007 with two losses, but Ohio State was the only team with one loss, so a two loss team inevitably had to get in. LSU weren't selected over a more-deserving team.

And when was Alabama even close to being selected with 2 losses? Name a year.

Can you give one example, and you can go back as far as you'd like, even pre-BCS, of a 2 loss team getting into a national championship opportunity over a more deserving 1 loss or undefeated team?

If another teams has 1 loss they are more deserving. I'll tell you something else. College ball doesn't do mulligans. Rematches are bullchit. I think I might try my best to take a break this season. I've seen it all before anyway. I'm getting too old for this mess. Browns game tonight...

I'm not disagreeing. I asked you for an example. Why can't you provide one?

Rematches have happened in conference title games, bowl games, and national championship games on multiple occasions. College football does mulligans just fine.

So these games do matter then.

And oh yeah, that was a hot discussion that year. Should alasalami be allowed in? It was a debate.

No, it was not.

At all.

Remotely.

After Alabama lost its third game to Auburn at the end of the season in 2010, no one said anything about them playing in any sort of title game.

Auburn went undefeated and won the national title in 2010.

Youtelling us Alabama was given BCS consideration over an undefeated Auburn team that beat Bama in Tuscaloosa?

Maybe he means Bama was considered over Oregon. And I guess TCU, since they were also undefeated.

There's a lot of alasalami wannabe's on this site. Unfortunate. There is a state line so close to you.
