You must be a Florida or Bammer if you aren't sold on Butch Jones. We have the number 2 recruiting class and finally beat a ranked team in I don't know how long.

All I read is he's got it going in the right direction

What the hell has he done? Besides one fluke win..get his a$$ handed to him?

Play callimg is bad he's more conservative so far than Fulmer ever was!

So just what has done besides build a mailbox and talk a good game?

I realize that but all those mentioned have experience at big time programs or have been there for a while or are not all that successful (muschamp). From an experience standpoint he's young.

Hey, I'm not taking up for him but rather pointing out he is what he is. He's a last min desperation hire from a mid-major program. He's got a lot of growing up to do. He's recruiting well which ironically was what I thought he'd struggle with. :crazy:

How can you say the team quits when they were flatout outplayed because they aren't at the same level?

Not sold at all. I don't know how they are putting together this recruiting class but I'm glad miracles happen. This coaching staff is a mess. The OL coaching is crap. The offensive play calling is retarded. The defense busts early and often.

I am not sold on Butch. He has done nothing to prove himself in the SEC. Right now he is 1-4 in the conference. He will be 1-5 next week.

He is 1-1 in winnable games. He beat USC. He lost to UGA when he had the opportunity to win. I do not put the outcomes on the players. He has been non-competitive in 3 conference games now. Florida, Alabama, and Mizzou.

But I am waiting to see if he can do it.

way to early for that call my friend. i will say for what i have seen of jancek he isn't up to sec level as a DC.

I'd say he is 1-2 in winnable games. Florida was a winnable game as well. For all the bad luck we have had the past few years, this years schedule really set-up well for us with key injuries to other teams. We just haven't capitalized on it.
