Obama's Comments to the Russians

Considering he already has bypassed Congress on a couple of occasions, this should scare the crap out of anyone. It's no holds barred if he gets a second term... He won't care and what he's done already will look like child's play.

I had forgotten about this.

I think the objection from Republicans is less about some cockamamie theory that he is in a conspiracy with Putin and more bristling at the perceived assumption he is making that he'll win.

Again, though, the things that the GOP keeps harping on when it comes to Obama are things that people who already plan to vote against him care about. Going back to something like this, especially in light of Obama's pretty decent overall foreign policy record, isn't likely to get many votes and just comes across as petty.

Romney would be far better off explaining to undecideds precisely how he is going to make their individual economic circumstances better. So far, the Obama campaign is winning the message battle on that score, it seems to me.

Bush left one hell of a huge hole. Hard to climb out of it. Without stilts. Maybe that is what MR will bring to the table.

It is not about saying but the first post has you quoted as saying what Obama said. I guess that is Republican talk for " DAMN, we have to get that White House back by any means neccessary". And now!!!!!!

Mad bro? What he quoted, Nobama said. It was played repeatedly over the non-socialist news networks after he said it. I don't care who the Capitalist/Conservative candidate is, it is kind of strange that they aren't using it. I would be hammering it down peoples throats. It quit honestly scares me that the supposed leader of the free world would promise a RUSSIAN president that he will do what the russkie wants him to do after the election. That quite honestly scares the crap out of me. If it doesn't scare you, you really need to take a step back and figure out who's side you are on. Because a statement like the JIC made to the Russians is treason and he should be tried for it.

1) Ended the war in Iraq and took it to Afghanistan, where it really should have been focused from the beginning.

2) POTUS when bin Laden killed.

3) No significant mistakes.

As to individual circumstances being better, I'm speaking to the message. Right now, Obama is claiming that the Romney budget plans would increase taxes on typical middle class family by $2,000 while cutting taxes on the wealthiest. As far as I can tell, Romney has no coherent (key word, coherent) answer to that claim.

Romney has so far allowed Obama to define the Romney economics plan as favoring the rich based on trickle down and, at the moment anyway, that is not a popular approach.

Mad? Nah. But if it is such ammunition, why is it not being employed? What am supposed to be fearful of. Republicans can't scare me anymore. I just get high and let them do as they please(which is hopefully make Tennessee a medical marijauna state). That whole W/Cheney group did one hell of a number on the US and world in general. It will take years to fix if a fix is even possible. Probably "Nobama's" fault as well.

Pretty obvious.

Time to stop blaming Bush.

MR is taking the Reagan approach. His will trickle down to "us". But only in moderation. And at "their" discretion. Works for me.

we're not out of Iraq and he is operating under the same timeline as W after he promised better

2) POTUS when bin Laden killed.

only thing he has and it was mishandled after the op

3) No significant mistakes.

really? You don't consider sending troops/money into civil wars where the result is likely more anti-US than before to be a mistake?

please list more if you have them

Ain't that the truth. After a few years pass, it never happened, right? Republicans are a curious bunch.

no one has claimed it never happened but it was almost 4 years ago. Eventually even the most ridiculous supporter has to say Obama owns this
