Ain't that the truth. After a few years pass, it never happened, right? Republicans are a curious bunch.

Oh it did happen, and I also remember who had both houses on Congress during that period, do you?

How long are you going to give Barry a pass?

no one has claimed it never happened but it was almost 4 years ago. Eventually even the most ridiculous supporter has to say Obama owns this

Everybody W robbed feels that way. They simply blame Barack and keep it moving. Hear they intend to vote MR so he can come and take what all W couldn't fit his ass pocket 4 years ago.

Kinda the same way that the dems don't want to go back passed W to look at the real root of the financial crisis. God forbid we should say something bad about our lord Clinton. All he did was sit in the WH and take credit for what the Conservative Congress that he had did and a "dot com" bubble that had actually burst before he left office. But nooooooo, let's not say anything bad about good ole Bill. Kind of amazing isn't it?

I did not vote for Barry. I did celebrated the HELL out his win though. Mainly due out of spite. I don't care if he wins this time however. I would like for America to make a comeback period. Whoever can do that I am for

MR is taking the Reagan approach. His will trickle down to "us". But only in moderation. And at "their" discretion. Works for me.

any comment on this awesome Obama recovery?

Household income is below recession levels, report says - The Washington Post

Household income is down sharply since the recession ended three years ago, according to a report released Thursday, providing another sign of the stubborn weakness of the economic recovery.

From June 2009 to June 2012, inflation-adjusted median household income fell 4.8 percent, to $50,964, according to a report by Sentier Research, a firm headed by two former Census Bureau officials.

Curious as well..............

In my limited experience, the only people that tend to think that the former administration "took" something from them are the zero net taxpayers that listen to the current administration.

To All:
This guy in the oval office has taken a way my tax money for 4 years now and has GIVEN it to HIS personal interest groups and unions. He didn't save GM, they went bankrupt anyway; he didn't "get" Bin Laden, he just kept doing what W did and when the seals found him, he "let" them kill him, he hasn't done anything but take away 1/6th of our economy and socialize it. If you don't think Nobamanation care will lead to a single payer system in his next term, you are on crack. But maybe some of the more "Vocal" posters in this thread just want to stay high and be taken care of by Nobama?

If middle income families are losing income at this rate, why would they vote for Romney, who is going to increase their taxes, so that they have even less money?

And why would industry and business support that, when Romney's approach would leave such families with less money to buy goods and services?

We need more money in the pockets of such families, and yes, we need to pay for that by raising taxes on the wealthiest. It will not kill jobs. It will not result in less growth. It will result in more because it will spur demand for products and get the economy moving again.

We "saved" GM, only cost us $80 Billion to do it, but its been saved. Could have saved Greece for that money

Sure feels like a recession around here. There is a group of Americans that are doing just fine however. Only they are not Americans. Nor do they speak English. Nor can they read road signs or drive in general. But they can find a job like nobody's business (and monopolize convenience stores from 5 to 7 in the morning). And multiply. Babies and adults. They are getting it from both ends, it seems (sometimes I think I am so high that I went to Jaurez with all these adult spanish speaking Mexicans right here in middle Tennessee). America's working class is no longer American. Hard to sustain economic growth in America when Americans are not a part of the economy. How long can the US bleed before "we" die? -- But to your original question, unless we make a DRAMATIC change in immigration policies and hiring practices this trend will continue. As planned.

they will repeal Obamacare which will automatically lower taxes. You are again quoting a study that used some very big guesses to claim Romney will raise taxes on the middle. In fact, Romney claims it won't

Americans have shown they don't want to be a part of it. They are jumping on govt handouts in record numbers instead of standing up and taking care of their families. The great thing about the US is that nothing should be promised to you except an opportunity. Equal outcomes are not a right. Instead of demonizing those that work hard for their money maybe you should encourage some of your fellow Americans to join them

so basically you made a ridiculous claim and don't intend to back up your statement. That's cool

No. Not hardly. Insulted at the insinuation. Bushes' first theft was the election. Second was the Iraq war theft. Lots of folks were stolen from their familes in that debacle that had no goal or gainful outcome. Patriot Act. Family savings in 2008. Need more? Take a look around (depending on where you live that is :) ).

yeah I need more since you have not explained what W stole from you personally that the current admin has any intention of giving back. I have agreed on the Patriot Act but that is about it on your list. The war in Iraq was crap in hindsight but nothing was stolen. Family savings? What the heck does that mean?

The tax increase on those who are not paying for their health care ought to be viewed as a wise policy choice by the GOP.

It was by Romney.

I'm not the GOP you nitwit. It's a tax increase (as ruled by the USSC) of $2200 on middle-class families. Your hero has already taken action to hurt the middle class yet you want to claim the other guy is worse. Ridiculous

Me and my wife WORK to take care of us and our 3 boys. I am sure you had no way of knowing that, but now you do. Everyone in our family lost big to W and his minions. Again, guess you had no way of knowing. Not on cocaine or crack either. Or any of that scientifically produced crap. 1 star post your part. Congrats.

How do you get that he is increasing taxes on every middle class family by $2,200?
