AJ came up with 2 on and no outs, top 9 trailing 4-1...flew out to RF, 0-3 with a walk on the day...he was batting .176 coming in to today's game.

For the Laconia Muskrats this evening, J. Sheffield (Vandy) got the start and gave up 5 Runs on 8 Hits in 3 IP...

Eric Freeman came on in relief: 2 IP, 5 H, 4 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 1 SO

I'm watching the SLO Blues, seems like Moberg has had a good game. He's playing Menlo park so I was hoping to see Grotz pitch for them, through the 5th, he hasn't made an appearance yet... the young lady doing the broadcast is learning on the job to put it politely...

Neither Alaska team is playing tonight, so no late game, Yeah!

There will be a couple of good games tomorrow, Lee is scheduled to pitch, looking forward to that...that's it for tonight though.

Not sure if this has been posted but I just noticed that signee Brodie Leftridge is playing this summer for the Silver Spring Takoma T-Bolts of the Cal Ripken Summer League.

A couple of notes:

Houser got the start yesterday, he may sit out today, but this game is worth watching just to get a look at Lee.

I doubt we'll see Serrano as he got the start on Thursday, he only went 2 innings but the pitch count was around 70...fair to good chance we see the others though...Last year these two teams didn't get along, it's a heated rivalry, hopefully it will be a good game and it's early compared to the average start time.

As expected, Houser is not in the line up for Hyannis, though he may end up in it as the game goes on...
