Brodie Leftridge came on to pitch in the 7th inning with the T-Bolts trailing 5-4. Going into the 9th inning he'd only given up 1 H, no runs.

With two outs and a RISP he gave up an RBI double.

Final line: 3 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 2 BB, 3 SO

He was also in the line up those #'s: 4 AB, 2 R, 1 H, 1 RBI

All in all, pretty good work...Where are they now moment...former Vol Michael Flax came on to PH for the T-Bolts in the 9th.

Stewart's final line: 3 AB, 1H, 1 2B, 1R, 1 BB

Team USA wins 2-0, nobody on the squad got more than 1 hit. Stew has doubled in every game so far I believe.

Rodgers and Senzel are having good nights, Senzel is due. KS pitched a strong 4 innings, 8 K's to 3 walks is definitely improvement, got away from him a bit in the fifth...this is good for him.

Overall, from Stewart to Simcox to Serrano and on, pretty good day for the Vols. We're starting to get to the mid point of summer ball, hopefully everyone is adjusted and we can make some strides.

Out in the California Collegiate League the Blues and the Brewers faced off...

Moberg went 0/4 with 2 RBI's, 1 BB and 1 K for the Blues

Schultz went 1/4 with an RBI and 2K's for the Brewers

The Blues beat the Brewers 6-3...Vanderford didn't pitch.
