Because he won't fight the guy with all the titles. Perfect record means nothing when you come up with excuses to avoid fighting the top fighter.

If he beats Manny, I'd concede he's as good as advertised. But he hasn't and he keeps talking about how it's his way or the highway. If he's the best, okay... but everyone thinks Manny is the best. Manny has losses cause he fights the best. Mayweather won't fight him because he thinks being undefeated makes you better. It doesn't.

Mayweather finished strong.

Good fight. Mainly cause Cotto pressured him. That's always how I thought Manny would beat him. Manny takes punches to get in close and goes off.

Mayweather then demands more than 50% and taking the test the day of the fight when Manny said he'd take it the day after.

Congrats Mayweather fans... he's the best and doesn't make any excuses at all. He totally wants to get his ass kicked by Manny.

Who is "everyone"? Mayweather would be an 11/5 opening favorite in Vegas if the papers were signed tomorrow.

Chico Corrales., JL Castillo, Jesus Chavez, and Hatton were all world class fighters when they fought Mayweather, and they all lost.

Look forward to seeing more of Austin Trout in the next year or so, he hasn't fought a great table of opponents, but he seems to have the tools. Fights Devin Rodriguez,who is a solid veteran, here in a few weeks. A dangerous borderline contender.
