I enjoy watching Maravilla, but there's no way in hell this is a PPV fight, except it is.

Vasquez/Sonsona will be fun, but that's not justification for buying the card.

I too am a bit suprised that this is a PPV fight, but this is one fight I can't miss. I think both Cotto and Maravilla have a lot of heart, so it should be an interesting watch.

Highlight of the night is Andre Ward's comnentary, he's a natural. I wish Kellerman would shut his caulk holster and let Ward talk.

I like Provodnikov, but man its hard to like a Freddy Roach fighter. Makes me want to cut myself more thanI already do.

Pay-per-view was always designed, as was closed circuit back in the day, for true super fights, not just very good fights. There have been pay-per-views every month and people resent the fact that they're asked to pay extra for anything halfway decent. Boxing pay-per-view numbers are down. Look at the (recent) numbers for the (Floyd) Mayweather and (Manny) Pacquiao fights. The UFC pay-per-view numbers are also down.
Bob Arum quote from today. Funny coming from him, he's correct, but he's at fault as much as anyone

Entertaining heavyweights on. WCB now, it's much more interesting when there isn't a 6'7" guy in there.

Both are active and relatively slick while they do it.
