Official Brexit Referendum Discussion

It's going to be interesting if there's a general election next month.

On the one hand a majority of the people don't want a no-deal Brexit. On the other hand, Corbyn's Labour is a dumpster fire.

Tough choice.

Nobody cares about Churchill! He too was a liar...a pawn.

Did he switch allegiances in the middle of a term?

Yeah, nobody likes Churchill anymore. It's all Stalin now that Russia is our new squeeze.

Not many people ever did...he was a man of the times...no different than today.

If you followed/follow the globalist agenda...history books will fame you...

If not, infamy, is no doubt the other option..

No it wouldn’t...

The people can easily see that they have no voice and they’re a lap dog to Brussels and the US...

The majority voted to leave...would be the same now....

Globalist won’t let it happen...

Right, "Globalists" forced Theresa May to call a snap election and lose her majority.

Britain...once THE world’s greatest empire..

Now a country led by traitors.

So, an elected official...elected to represent his voters, jumps ship to the other side?! Self fulfilling?! Paid?!

I’d imagine both..
Most MP's think a no-deal Brexit is a stupid idea. So yes, that's why they're siding against it. An MP has no obligation to do something he feels is stupid just because his constituents don't like it. I'm sure he knows it will probably cost him his job, and he's clearly fine with it.

Speaking of Churchill, his grandson was kicked out of the conservative party today for voting against Johnson. A total of 21 were expelled from the party.

You need 2/3 of parliament to support another election. The problem is that it's then up to the PM to schedule it. And Labour et al. don't trust Johnson to do this. He could wait until November.

So I don't know what's going to happen now.

And replaced her with someone far more in favor of brexit?

It’s pretty obvious that you have no idea what you’re talking about.

Yeah pretty obvious...

Bojo talked a big game....and now the same is happening.

Pretty obvious you have no idea who makes the decisions in politics..

I think the best chance for Brexit is a general election, with Boris teaching a deal with Farage and the Brexit party. They would need a popular vote majority in another referendum and they won’t get that anymore. But they could win a majority in the House of Commons without a majority of the popular vote.

Also, it’s pretty clear that Brexit isn’t leading to the breakup of the EU, but it may lead to the breakup of the UK.
