Official Brexit Referendum Discussion

Obviously the main story is triumph for Boris Johnson, but the SNP dominated in Scotland. I assume this means they'll push for independence.

Wow the first exit polls look like a huge win for Johnson and conservatives. Hard Brexit here we come unless the EU relents on their stance. Good for the UK Brexit vote! Long over due but maybe finally here.
Would be the largest Tory majority since Thatcher

I remember after the outcome of the first vote in June 2016. A lot of people said that it's foreshadowing the outcome of US Presidential election and the left didn't buy it but it turned out to be true.

I would say it will be true again!

Labour got what was coming by sticking with an unpopular Corbyn.

Why did the remain camp deserve it?
Refusing to cooperate. Honestly, that's probably what this result is going to come down to. Leave vote is going to be pretty united and the remain vote will be fractured.

People might find Trump distasteful, but he’s not radical. He’s actually fairly moderate.

moderate with a side of embarrassing and borderline psychotic. Trump won and could win again because people are tired of the endless BS from elected leaders. It helps that he is relatively moderate.
