They'll wait until after this season, but Hubert needs to be shown the door. This team is horrible, and looking at the roster, I don't see things getting any better in the coming years. He must have been assuming that Bacot would play there another twenty years because he hasn't recruited any legitimate, stud big men.

The only reason he’s still there is because Brady Maneck bought him a few years.

He’s out of excuses now.

The kid from Belmont didn’t pan out . That’s the big miss for UNC. No stretch 4 like Manek and the kid from Stanford last year

Manek obviously worked out, Harrison Ingram was great but most of the portal adds have been busts, or were only meant to be complimentary pieces any way. Pete Nance was a failure. Cade Tyson has been a failure.

Duke has played exactly one ranked team (beat Auburn at home) during this 15 game win streak whereas Tennessee has played seven ranked teams in their last 15 games. Cooper Flagg is a great player, but Duke overall is a fraud and it will be proven in the NCAA tournament.

When I checked the score,I was actually glad to say that I missed this game tonight. It's not a matter of if Hubert stays. It's a matter of when he goes. You can't even be competitive with your rival,something has to change.

It was sad to watch as a Heel fan. Other than the magical run his first year it’s been a slow fade into what we are witnessing this year. I’m just glad to living in Kville now to go see some good BBAll

I agree, but every year that gets said and every year the ACC puts someone in the Final 4 and multiple teams in the Sweet 16 and elite 8. I think there were 3 teams in the elite 8 last season.

Auburn’s only loss is to Duke and Duke gift wrapped a game to Kentucky in the first week of the season. Kentucky was definitely a lesser squad. Duke plays defense and has one of the best players in the country. If Duke gets good guard play Duke will make a long run.

In a typical year Duke would have much more battled tested by the ACC but this year is a little different. However Duke seems to be poised for a deep run with this squad.

I think the game with Illinois at MSG in 3 weeks will come at a good time. That’s a quality opponent on a neutral site (kind of). At least that will mimic an NCAA tournament game. Not many tough games left, but I’m almost expecting Duke to lose next Saturday at Clemson, that’s a tough road game. You can say what you will about the Heels this season, but going to Chapel Hill on the 6th senior night for RJ Davis’ will be a tough environment.
