I hope Hyatts little brother is really paying attention. Jalen didnt break 300 yards receiving as a fresh or soph, coaches said he wasnt putting in the work in offseason. He worked hard this offseason. Had 11 catches last week, this week has at least 4 catches and 100 yards at halftime with a 47yd and 48yd TDS so far....

His little brother is a baller just like him from down in SC...love to have em both. Will be interesting to see in the 2nd half how much playing time squirrel gets in Jalens slot position, and Calloway outside, definitely will be Keyton in Pittmans place the rest of the night. We need these kids to get all the snaps they possibly can. The gators will be deep as usual and rotate their big guys, DBs, WR , etc....we have to be able to do the same in order to keep up in the 2nd half. We have lost to inferior gators teams several times by a TD or so in the last 10 years because we were gassed in the 4th quarter and they were not.

This is the year we start the streak that will lead to their coach being unceremoniously fired in 2 or 3 years. Starts next Saturday at 330 pm. I HIGHLY recommend next week listening to Kesling, or your neighbors cats screwing, while watching our VOLS rather than suffering thru Vern, Gary, etc

Sacked their QB on 1st....2nd...and 3rd down!!! Elijah Herring with 2 sacks in 3 plays.

No 44 Herring is a true frosh and will be a multi year starter at ILB if he keeps his head down and works hard. He chose us over bigtime SEC rivals as a high 4 star. Like Hyatt...HE has a little brother who is also a HS senior this season and Gumps, GA errbody wants him...

He didnt stay this season knowing he wasnt starting for the heck of it either....i dont see Jackson as a redshirt freshman, nor Nico as a true freshman 18yo beating out a 23yo beast of a man with 2 full seasons in this offense....

I know it’s garbage time but dang Jackson looks poised and in control at QB too. We somehow appear to be loaded at QB holy cow.

3rd team QB and 5th team RB roll straight down the field....Jackson gets his 1st TD as a VOL!! That kid was a solid 4 star on all the services. He isnt gonna lay down and let Nico come take the starting job, either. Good crisp passes with some sizzle on em tonight from him.

I know this is a garbage team...but we did exactly what we were supposed to do for the 2nd week in a row. Went and beat a ranked team on the road, then blew out a garbage team at home and got the backups some time...
