you use your iPad much? This thing keeps reloading the page, on any site. Aggravating. Cleared cache dozens of times and even reset. Like I run out of RAM, but it shouldn’t..no extensions and nothing else open, even does it right after I clear history

That's a "yes, but ..." kind of answer. I use my iPad to read at least a couple of hours a day, but it's been forever since I've done anything else with it. Apple and I don't mix well, so I feel like a novice on anything but the book reading app. I'm afraid I don't have a clue about the browser. With Apple stuff I feel like I just got dumped in a world speaking a different language.
