My uncle had a GTO judge same orange until he died in a hunting accident a few years back. His 4 wheeler rolled back on top of him when driving up a very steep incline and it broke his neck. He was a huge man (naturally everyone called him "Tiny") his wife still lives at their place right behind Seymour HS off Chapman Hwy. I wonder what kind of HP this amazing machine has to fly without wings like that? Dude won the race driving on 2 wheels!

You know the saying about bullfrogs needing wings so they don't bump their butts. Sometimes cars need wings for the same reason - frogs just can't get the speed up high enough to need wings for aerodynamic reasons.

Is a yokel higher or lower on the peon scale than a rube?

I always thought that had a lot to do with geography and "socialism". The oh so social (and "special") damn yankees seem to reserve "rube" and "redneck" for southerners, so apparently they believe their local yokels are higher on the peon scale.

Watching Golf Channel and saw the Champions Tour was at Firestone. I played it back about 2006 and literally hacked..it was awful. Guess I tried too hard on first 9, but also threw out my back on drive on 1, 10th hole in round. I could hardly even walk, but sucked it up to finish. Next day I was like a bent over walking 95 year okd trying to board the flight back. Total embarassment business trip.

I thought Oh So Social was reserved for the OSS and later the CIA due to their initial leadership ranks being populated with elites in society. Wild Bill Donovan being the primary example of that.

It was definitely used for that, but it's reflective of the northeast snobbery in general. They're special people up there ... I use the southern definition of "special".
