Didnt see anything in the FF about this, but we DID land Morris. Hes much like Sampson, and about the same size out of HS at 5ft10 190lbs. Will need to bulk up like Sampson did...but he is quick AND fast which is what we recruit. Flipped him from USC Trojans despite them trying hard to prevent it.

FWIW...AP calls him "Dewon Morris". Not Duane misspelled. Always felt bad for NBA player Antawn Jamison...since his name is pronounced "Antwon" not "Antaun"

Theres some good highlights in his thread in the RF. He is shifty, and not one to get run down from behind. Glad we landed him to go with Justin Baker at RB in this 25 class

UNC fired their head coach today too LOL...so we SHOULD land high 4* and top 50 Dlineman Isaiah Campbell also in the next week or 2.

Fortunately this is subject to change...but the playoff committee needs to pull their heads out of their azzes. Yesterday.

Not ONLY is UT having to go play AT UGA in Athens round 1 completely BS because several of the teams above us would be underdogs to us OR UGA on a neutral site....the arrangement above guarantees that only 2 SEC teams can make the 8 team 2nd round of the playoffs. Absolute horseshit and if it does turn out this way...that ONLY 3 SEC teams make the playoffs AND 2 of them have to play EACHOTHER in round 1...because we don't play in a pansy conference like literally EVERY OTHER conference...then the SEC commish, all the SEC ADs etc need to be raising immortal Hell about it. Then proceed to let these clowns know that we have our OWN Billion dollar TV contract already. We don't need their tournament after 2026, we have all the good teams in football anyway except for literally 2 teams this year in Oregon and OSU...both of which would have lost at least 2 games in the SEC this season just like UGA, UT, Bama, OM, SC, etc. If they wanna shaft the SEC with this BS putting teams like ND and Penn St. In the top 6...they can keep their BS tournament. ND has beaten absolutely NOBODY and lost to NORTHERN ILLINOIS and they are seeded above us and UGA??? Penn st. Has played only 1 good team...OSU...who BEAT them AT PSU so soundly that they couldn't score an offensive TD on their own field!! Yet both these teams are ranked above both UT and UGA. Ridiculous. Hope they straighten this crap out so that all 3 SEC teams have a shot to make the 8 team tournament known as "round 2" so that we can remind everyone where the best athletes in the nation play ball...again. For the thousandth time.

"They wish".

Whether looking at this "mock up" from the front or rear photos, it looks like something I drew when i was 11 years old and not paying attention while the teacher was going over our last test or something. Literally looks like it came straight out of a G.I. Joe cartoon or an early Star Wars film. Garish nonsense poking off the craft everywhere, which of course greatly increases radar signature. They claim it will also be able to enter/return from space...and withstand the incredible temps of re-entry as well. Wow. Why not just call it Star Scream and tell everyone its a Transformer too? Same amount of folks would believe both statements.

Willie B. He is a semifinalist as of now for the national award for the most outstanding walk-on player in the country. Love this dude. Has made some HUGE plays this season and over his career...he recovered the fumble on the kickoff at LSU that opened the floodgates for that 46-14 azzwhipping we put on them in Baton Rouge in 22. Earned his way onto the field by beating out 4* safeties every single week. Super proud of him. Was pissed that UGA ran some isolation plays to put him 1on1 in some matchups where he was at a real disadvantage...wish Banks and company realized it quicker and put an end to it. Thats football though... and the danger of playing man defense all the time. Glad we have the athletes to actually play press man coverage though. Brooks wasnt the only one either vs UGA, McCoy who has played at an all SEC level all year got smoked all night after the 1st quarter. So badly that he was benched for a series. Our Dline never ONCE touched Beck, so of course our DBs were toast. Thats just football. Hope we dont see UGA in the playoffs.

In case I forget. I wanna wish all y’all a Happy Thanksgiving. I gave up Facebook and other forms of social media like it years ago because it was just too toxic. But here I’ve found a home among reasonable people that always make compelling and logical arguments. 😉

Y’all enjoy getting fat tomorrow and Go Vols!!
