I used to have one of those x Gen Camaro. It was always my fave body style. Bought a new RS 305 CI off the floor and when started cold made about 30 psig oil pressure. When warm it was only like 15 psi at idle and reallr rode the rpm curve back up to like 30. Always bothered me and dealer said it was fine. Just seemed low as people that did rebuilds got like 60 psi.

Honestly that doesn’t sound very bad to me but let @ETV answer to be sure. The car in his AVI has a stroked and built 350 in it I believe. Now a 383 maybe?

Oh I am sure it isnt a puny 305..I bet my car didnt have 170 hp, but sounded good and better than my ole Camaro 4 speed pos 6 banger.
