I'm still only 50/50 on him coming here as well, regardless of our connected posters. But, another reason against Arky is that Jerry Jones is a controlling SOB and wants things all his way.

I hope in the end that we land Gruden. There is nothing in stone right now and Dools has not been shown the door. There is a lot of HARD work to be done. My hope is that Gruden is working on putting together a staff, lol.

That might all be true, but with all that time away from the sidelines, who knows what his thoughts have been on the topic. There are merits both ways, but a good coach can entrench himself for a longer duration in college, than in the NFL. It is so hard to stay on top. Even Bellicheck can't do it.
