I know of "A" time table. To many factors to 100% know.
I think Hart respects Dooley enough to allow him some input on how it ultimately goes down.

Can you say anything about the timetable? What does it look like?

It could be end of the season....or sooner. I think sooner. Depends on how the current coach decides to handle it.

The info will start to leak in the media though....Knoxville is too small, and the news is too big not to. Ainge is hinting this morning but can't say. I believe he knows.

I think MSU sealed the deal.

Maybe, but again, beating your biggest rival and another top 10 team back to back would make it very difficult from a PR perspective.

The point is mostly moot, but it would be an interesting dilemma.

Good morning,Grudenites!:salute:

How's it going on the glorious Gruden morning?

Didn't sleep worth a damn last night..Had a certain person on my mind...No complaints.:)

Almost didn't find you all, glad I did, that was a close call!

Oh yeah and get well,BigOrangeFanatic!:cray:

Morning Smokey....glad you found it.

So what if a NFL job comes available? Are you saying he wouldn't take that over UT?

I am certainly not in the know, but it has been widely reported over the years that several HC jobs have been available for him if he wanted. There are many who think that the Titans would have made an offer if he was interested.

I knew a caller asked him yesterday about Petrino
Coming and he said that he did not want Petrino. He wanted a guy that when he came in neyland stadium would be sold out for the orange and white game and unless we fish out 5 mill per year not going to happen. He said money is no issue.

This....

and Petrino is most likely going to Kentucky.

Strictly in regards to Dooley the only thing I know with 100% certainty is that the buyout has been IN PLACE since the end of the UK game last year.

What did he say this morning?

In arguing with a caller that Gruden is a pipedream his exact phrase was, "You don't know what I know."

He went on to remark that he is in a unique situation as media and a letterman, and has to balance what he can divulge.

I'm not worried that the money is there to make it all happen, I wonder if the competence is there to make it all happen.
