If you want to bash him for not being smart in drafting and free agency in Tampa (which I still think falls on the GM), you have to give him credit for building a Super Bowl team in Oakland. Where were they when he took over? Where were they when he left?

I am saying a Gruden would have beat Dungy. And I like how you put Monte before Dungy. The Tampa D was stout, but the Raider D wasn't bad either. I believe they were ranked between 5-10 in the league, and the Raider offense was much better.

WOW :no: you do realize that the bucs picked off gannon 5 times and returned 3 of those for scores...the bucs defense scored as many points as the raiders offense...and the 6 of the raiders points came from a blocked punt that was returned
