"By seeking employment outside of the UoT, candidate is forfeiting any and all claim to buyout moneys"

?

I wish I could get a buyout from any job I am no longer associated with...

This is a wierd point of view to take, I used to despise when posters ragged on Dooley, because I thought it negatively affected the team. Now I am one of the ones being called a "nega-vol" because I think firing Dooley wil actually help the team.

Be glad you eventually saw the light. There are others out there still roaming in the darkness.
