Dumb question and totally wrong forum but gonna ask it anyway. Is there still an outside smoking area at TBA for UT basketball games?

that one is rather simple in my book...
if it is public that DD is gone then the national media starts sniffing around the program to see who we are interviewing/hiring/who is turning us down. As is, the national media is paying no attention to us and it is all local/regional speculation. I think this is a good strategy considering how embarrassing and chaotic our last coaching search was.

I think OCI is full of it on the Sal jeopardizing his buy out behind closed doors.

No way he could disguise anything he does.

On a side note I remember hearing Jimmy Hyams (don't curse me) say that Fulmers buyout would be completed this December, so if needed they would just re-direct that payment to Dooley for the next 3-4 years. :hi:

I am not sold on Golden - he was great at temple but seems to be mediocre at UM - who knows.

Patterson and Gundy are long shots in my mind - they are comfortable and have the backing they need. As long as more players at TCU don't show up in drug raids.

That is patently false. He said while he was still coaching at Florida that he thought race and his marriage to a white woman were reasons why he wasn't getting HC offers from other colleges, primarily in the South. He NEVER said anything about Florida.

Just wondering, I may take the kids to the game tomorrow night and wanted to find this out. Not a basketball fan at all, but get tickets thrown at me for about every game and have to be out of the house for a make up party my wife is hosting so what the hell lol.

Sure i agree but there is a much better way to keep it quiet. Don't tell DD which is where we are IMO.

it is semantics because what I was inferring was clear based upon the conversation between Bruin and myself...plus...I think at this point it is abso-freakin-lutely obvious that Dooley was not "fired" based upon your definition after the MSU game because he is still on the sidelines. :thumbsup:

I disagree. I'm no football genius, but I think he disguises things very well because I look at this defense and I have no idea what the #$A^% he's doing.
