The Cliff Notes thread is really pissing me off lately. I get excited when it gets bumped only to find the usual bulls**t. I didn't want to comment in that thread and contribute to the bulls**t, but there really needs to be a dislike button that takes away likes for situations like these.

Chad morris buyout at clemson would be 6.5 million if he left for another spot that wasnt a head coach, according to babyvol. That makes him unrealistic, IMO.

There is no way that's right. Most HC dont have buyouts that big. He would have been insane to have signed that anyway. Calling BS on that.

Yea thats cool. Ruths Chris uses a similar technique I believe.

I get the charcoal so hot I cannot put my hand within 2' of the coals, then sear them on each side about 2-3 minutes. Nice Mid Rare on an 3/4 inch steak. Those last night were huge, took about 5 minutes a side for mid rare.

The key thing to go,is just befor you take them off, put a good size chunk of bitter on top. Take the steaks off when melted.
