I have tried to understand it myself. Some people really are enamored of him...he wouldn't be on my list ever ever ever...I would take Dooley over him...oh, wait, no I wouldn't. If I had to choose between Dooley or Golden, I would opt to coach the team myself

The Flyers tweet was sent to the Rutgers goalie. Rutgers and Philly are 5 miles apart, he is saying the Flyers crowd showed up at the the Rutgers hockey game.

I was told list looks like this

1. Gruden
2. Stoops
3. Fisher
4. Patterson
5. Strong

Then I was told it won't be Strong so maybe replace him with Golden.

For the record....I still think we have a great shot at Gruden. I know for a fact some of what media is reporting is total bunk. I also know for a fact money wants Gruden. Some believe media is a complete smokescreen to temper frenzy that was building til we are ready to announce. I'm not sure what to believe right now but I'm digging lol
so difficult when u are getting complete opposite stories from media and people that should know. I definitely wouldn't say Gruden is out at this point and until something else happens more substantial with someone else I'd say he's frontrunner.

If the goal of the powers that be is to cause one large wet fart sound across the entire state then by all means hire Golden.

It is a real tweet, but it doesn't necessarily mean anything. It was reported he had talked to Raheem Morris. Anyone think he is going to Washington? It may be he is still looking to finalize a possible staff for us, just as much as it can mean he is going to Philly.

After Hart's presser, the only names that make sense are Gruden, Stoops, possibly Fisher and Patterson. Beyond those names, many candidates are lacking some of the characteristics he laid out.
