"It's still Gruden" obviously because the conversations are taking place. Clearly he is numero uno on that fact alone. Here's hoping that this phrase translates to it being a signed contract and presser to follow. Unfortunately, in this business things change on a dime. Gruden can say yes all day but until that announcement is made, all we can do is wait and hope. And hope our AD is not the reason a deal falls through. Seeing the tension with the fan base we may see Orange Fall riots taking place around here that rival the Middle East right now.

I feel better about it now than I did weeks ago simply due to the denials, media ignorance, and obvious smokescreens.

looking at this mess started by mike hamilton. We get Kiffin & then his replacement is #9 on our list as has been documented on here before. With that being said if Hart is "just now starting" as reported last 2 days we are about 1 more bad hire from being a constant bottom feeder in the SEC.

Cmon Hart, surely you are not this unintelligent

We did the exact same thing last week, except our oldest is 8.

Lol, my nephew is the same way and i got a buddy who loves NC hoops. Would be unreal. With Peyton joining Denver it puts my fave pro player joining my fave NFL team, BJ Upton is one of my fave baseball players and is on the verge of being a Brave and Gruden has always been my fave NFL coach and after Shanahan left I had always wanted him in Denver. But if he became a Vol it would officially make me the happiest fan alive. Plus I am a huge Flyers fan and was a huge Jagr fan and he played one season for them last year. So Gruden to UT and Upton to the Braves would officially be my best sports year ever!! Its gonna/gotta happen. V, B!

I feel like we wont get gruden during the day, but then at night when all of the super double secret info comes out I think we might get him.

Does anyone else know of an instance where the Knoxville media put a "smokescreen" around these type of issues?

Obviously i just read a lot and never post, but a lot of people have gone from one extreme to another, and all the reports of "no way gruden is coming"... if he wasnt still interested or considering he would've shot us down and squashed it like he did Ark. People need to chill...

I could be mistaking, but the latest BabyVol post said the time was 10:06am.
I believe he had new info. Mods, not sure on this though.

The Buzz Peterson firing was the biggest AD/media smokescreen and cover up I've ever witnessed.

If you are playing a team twice every 12 years how are you even really in the same conference? What is the point..off topic but that was why 12-14 was so stupid...waters down rivalry matchups and won't increase revenues the 17% necessary to break even

Also could see VA or Va Tech as options. Out of those 4 would prefer it be NC and Duke, jmo.
