There is no way Hart let himself get setup like this. I think something fishy is going on around here. Jmo. Im sticking with Gruden til its someone else. Go vols!

If we would have known that all the riff-raff would have bolted this quick, we should have had the OGs say it was dead a long time ago.

Now that they're heading out, we can finally return to the more pleasant Gruden threads of the past with the true believers.

No ones been hired. Gruden hasn't said NO himself. Hart hasn't said it's not Gruden. Until one of those there things happen, Gruden is a viable option, regardless of what his agent says. Look, this guy just EMBARRASSED a very proud fan base. We've seen some dark times, and don't deserve the position we're in. Hart should at least have the balls to say Gruden's out, and we're looking at Coaches A & B. But instead, we are the laughing stock of college football. The University should have debunked the Gruden rumor from the beginning, cause now it's Gruden or bust, and NOBODY will be good enough to coach us after this.

Thank you. I have no idea!!! People arent using their heads here. I guess everyones worked themselves into a frenzy. Its like walking up to an airport counter and saying "I have to get to the West Coast immediately! How much is a ticket???!!" You would get destroyed. Buying a car, house, anything... no one who is holding the check book would want to go into a full on negotiation with that kind of reckless emotion.

Hart appears to tbe the type that is overly cautious, over analyzes everything and has a hard time choosing between options.

We need a hard charger who knows what he wants and takes it by the throat.

In my opinion, what happened today was orchestrated to officially burn down the "Gruden Rumor" house. The new "Gruden to UT" house will now be officially constructed by Dave Hart and Dave Hart only. In the end Hart will get all credit and the booster rumor portion of the story (boosters worked behind the scenes back in October to get this deal done) will be in ashes.

I still don't think this thing is dead in the water. Though it does not look promising that Gruden comes I am sure many Bammers thought the same thing before they got Saban. Let's hope that this is a mastermind plan going on here and they have this whole thing scoped and that Dave Hart has really not just been laxin at home instead of working on deals. I will remain on board until there is an official announcement from Gruden or UT saying yes or no, there is nothing in Gruden's agent's statement that makes a lick of sense if we have in fact been working on anything.

No one has any idea yet how Harts involvement plays into this. Every bit of it is speculation and conjecture.
