I'm having a hard time keeping the faith today. People that have been strong for Gruden are disappearing and writing cryptic messages on other boards. Starting to worry that you guys are losing confidence in Hart.

Is it any shock that Gruden - a Super Bowl winning coach - wants a salary higher than Sabans? UT is competing against NFL teams for his services - and that means shelling out NFL kind of money.

Logical....Butch Davis has a couple of rings at Dallas. Wonder what hart thinks he can get him for? I suspect 2.9 mil with zero booster dollars. John Brice said this will be the Dave Hart show and does not give a flip what Peyton or $$$$ think. He thought he never bought into Gruden. Looks like gruden was set up by peyton and dollars but they dont have the power to hire.

I think that the trail has gone cold. Now that the real search is afoot, htere are only a select few individuals involved from the UT side, so there are fewer places for leaks. Those in the know aren't sharing. JMO.
