Not a Strong guy, but it's worth pointing out that the coaches with the lowest # of commitments tend to be the ones that aren't sure to be back. Charlie has 9 (as of 2 days ago). You'll see that among the top 20-30 classes, this holds true also: Chip Kelly, Bob Stoops, etc.... Always lets you know who's in play. Not saying they're sure to leave, but it's a good indicator.

I doubt Stoops and Kelly go anywhere... Kelly has a lot of money behind him and built his own top-tier program with the Nike money. He may flirt to get a raise, but I doubt Oregon lets him go anywhere, they were nobodies before him.

I thought this was funny:(maybe Rucker even knows something is strange?)

Before the UT athletic department went wacky I actually had a life. RT @alcavol: @wesrucker247 Before twitter were you this cool in life?

I don't post irrational drivel. I could be wrong in my assumptions. I'm human, and I'm prone to being blinded by my biases, however, I've posted a big summation of the things I've posted in this last thread here, applying my own and others' thoughts (similar to mine) in the belief that we're all being played by the powers at hand here. If you guys get a chance, please read it. It's long (very long, I warn you), and I fault no one for disagreeing with me. As I said, it's mostly my opinion and take on the matter. But it's the closest thing I can come up with mixing factual reporting with common sense on the issue.

That is a post of epic proportion ... "The Gruden Conspiracy" (playing soon on an iPad near you.) I enjoyed it and appreciate the effort that went into it. Worth the read.

IMO ... Pretty good summation as what "seemed" to happen through the eyes of the Gruden Threads, with the right amount of VN humor. Especially the part about :run:

You might want to edit one thing under the "Here's where I stand" section.

"To the best of my deductive knowledge - here's what I think happened."

Here's hoping you don't get burned at the stake ... some seem to be in a very fragile state.

I've thought about this before, he's very close with Gruden, and seems to be done in the NFL, maybe altogether, but isn't too old to not be in play anyways.

Christ, those Wolfpackers would have a Raleigh-sized coronary if we pulled their dream hire. I'm not saying we get him, I'm not saying he's even in play. I was just answering the question of who else is available and has Gruden-caliber name ID. Hart would never have to buy another beer in Knoxville as long as he lives, that's for sure!

Aren't Little Jimmy and Cowher buddies from Haslam's Steelers days?

Thanks, but to be completely honest - how could I look anymore backwards than the very "proverbial teet" so many are staking their claims on now. We have tweets from folks that, using different wording, would basically translate to black is white, white is black, white is sideways, upsidedown vanilla.

I have no problem putting my opinion out there for everyone to read. I'd posted bits of it on here, as this thread went along, and it got enough likes/feedback that I thought I should consolidate it to either look like a huge idiot/homer when it was all said and done, or a genius, hehe.

On a Saturday night with a few beers in my system, I opt to swing for the fences and not worry about the strikeout ;)

Oregon were nobodies before Belotti, not before Kelly. And Kelly's gonna listen when Dean Spanos calls, believe me-he's had his eye on the Chargers gig for a minute now.

Cant help but like this! Posted in the cliff notes section.
