J just hope we get a quality coach. This is Tennessee and it should mean something to coach at this unniversity!

Jimbo's F-I-L is my neighbor, he lives 100yds from me. He was at the house last week and asked about this. He said that Jimbo would only go to Auburn if the money was right. If the money wasn't right at Auburn he would stay at FSU.

There are some things on here that I just guess at, and some I try to put 2 and 2 together about.

This is one thing I KNOW....CPF would come back if he thought Tennessee needed him, not sure how long he would stay, but he would come back.

I like the idea of Charles Davis as long term AD myself...jmo

Which is what makes me think we are biding our time on this thing and names are being thrown out just to throw them out.

Working in the world of law enforcement, it could be a good thing or a bad thing. Could be because they are going to announce a rock star type hire (Gruden) or they are going to announce a third tier type coach (anyone but Gruden) and are afraid people will riot.

Pretty much yeah. Because if he was just stringing things along, those kind of meetings, the arrangements, due diligence, and preparations that go along with things would have never happened. I am near 100% certain that until 3 days ago, his family was packing boxes.

That part of the story is what the media doesn't know. And also why their reports never ever line with up reality. So when they brush it all off like it was just never going anywhere, I know to call BS. So I think to myself, what really happened? Can it be fixed? Did anything happen????
