I read some things about LaMonte the other night, look it up... there was a "super fan" that tried to get a protest going in Cleveland, then once Cleveland management met with him to see what his issue was, they fired management, and then hired Holmgren as president, then the "super fan" disappeared. From that point, LaMonte had a client as president, then if you look, he has many clients hired under Holmgren. Some people believe LaMonte was behind this huge PR scheme with the "super fan", and he has been known to do things similar. Just food for thought.

I know this has been discussed, just thought I would gve some input on this (no inside info). My housemate does work with Fox, CBS, and ESPN broadcasting o the weekends, working both college and NFL games. He's one of the people who gets on the field and relays information to the broadcasters so they have the right player number involved in plays, substitutions, etc.

I asked him about how the contracts are done and the likelihood that a broadcaster would be able to leave the season early. He said because of the difficulty in rearranging schedules and overall personnel changes, he said he doubted ESPN would let a broadcaster leave without substantial penalty, especially this late in the season.

He'll be working the MNF game tomorrow, so if he hears anything worthwhile he said he'd let me know.

Didn't ask for anything and don't need confirmation.

I have not rained on anyone's parade. If you read what I have posted then you will see where i have been pretty fair and respectful to you. Gruden made his choice. I'm just simply saying what has already been said.

Nope...no inferiority complex. My wife is awesome and treats me well.

I don't believe it's happening bc it isn't going to happen.

What are your plans when a new coach is announced and it isn't Gruden?

Yep... which is why I've also wondered if maybe Haslam had something to do with this. Maybe the boosters brokered with Gruden and came to an agreement, then when the 2 representatives got involved(Hart and LaMonte), **** hit the fan. LaMonte's money hole just got taken away, look how many clients he has in the Browns.

i just want to go on the record on this thread and say that i believe jon gruden will be the next head coach at the university of tennessee. just my opinion, thank you for your time.

The articles that started on Friday are the exact same things some folks heard on Thursday from the UTAD side of this. So tell me again who the source is and why none of this was released until after the Chattanooga article was published?
