Not trying to make any waves, but the closest to an actual quote from Jon himself was that he didn't feel it was a good move AT THIS TIME. Maybe I am looking at it all through orange tinted glasses, but there is a lot of "sources" being quoted. Again, not trying to fight or argue, not my thing.....just enjoying the ride so far.

Off topic, but if I see that **** Candy bowl ticket commercial one more time and have to see Franklin watching game tape I am calling my cable provider.

Nope...no inferiority complex. My wife is awesome and treats me well.

I don't believe it's happening bc it isn't going to happen.

My plans are to support my vols no matter who the coach is. In your opinion, since we are all so blind will be the next coach at UT?

Well, okay. You want to believe in Gruden. No problem. I don't judge you or think your living in a fantasy world.

Hopefully if I am wrong, we can all still be friends. I'm not putting anyone on ignore just bc they want to believe that Gruden is the next coach.

You already know my choice.

Her i will quote what jon gruden has said, from mike and mike.

He said to the effect

That he was happy where he was at espn and did not receive an offer from Tennessee. He also said that the rumored brown deal was false.
Thats it. He.did not deny anything or say he wasnt interested.

Then he went on to say id rather not discuss this and changed the subject very quickly.

Only thing I believe here is reality and that is that Jon gruden is coming to the vols. I hate that it's all smoke and mirrors but who cares about gru is already a vol and the people that matter know it. Gbo

Not true. His sources were both on Gruden's side. I don't know if he came out and said this or not but one of the reasons Hargis was so sure of one of his sources was because Gruden called the guy when they were having lunch and the source showed him his phone and walked away.

The funny thing about you getting hammered here is they keep asking you to show them a quote from gruden but they give examples of denials from the horses mouth. The fact of the matter is if gruden says he isn't going to coach us tomorrow night on MNF many on here would just quote Saban more and still believe.
