Something about how this whole thing is playing out just gives me a sense that they aren't the real candidates. I have no proof of this just a feeling I get. What would scare me BruinVol is if I knew that Gruden was out for SURE and Strong wasn't a possibility either. I would then start to get REALLY worried.

What's the guesstimated timeline for Gruden then? 12/17 earliest? I mean if he's waiting for 1.2 mil from ESPN does anyone know when that is? Obviously another hire could be made before which nullifies all this but for the "believers" what is the ETA?

I have worried about strong staying at Louisville but more info keeps suggesting he really wants the job. That's very encouraging to me. I saw somewhere where he sent word on that Sunday that DD was fired he wanted the job. That makes me feel better

I don't believe Gundy is, we would have to pay 3.5m a year or better to get him, then a 3m buyout... and that is saying that OSU doesn't counter, and they will, plus he is an alum in a good situation.

Lateral moves are not real common in Football unless you open the bank. All of these could still be paid with a debit card . So it is like our interviews are just for show or of guys that really would have no intrest.
