I must say...

I'm excited for the Gruden vs. Saban match up next year....

But I'm even more intrigued by Gruden vs. Spurrier.

I don't get the constant gnashing of teeth over people laughing at us. Losing to Vandy is the height of embarrassment. Everything else is just window dressing.

Believe me, they think the same thing about us as we did about UGA and LSU in the 90s. They know if we get the right coach...it is on like Donkey Kong.

Who gives a rat's ass about what people think about us? If you do, please explain why.

When was the last time UT's been this relevant in the media? And, would the administration do this to hire an average, subpar coach?

Questions:

Who could be handling the PR on this for UTAD?

Could this "coaching search" thing be orchestrated by a PR firm?

Did Bama use one during the Saban thing?

Has any school used a PR firm in a similar situation?

Has UT worked with any PR firm during any recent event? Or with Dave Hart?

...Just trying to get a look behind the curtain.

I still think the way everything has happened that Gruden is still very much a possibility. I hope we get him but will give whoever we hire a chance.

Just watched a fresh SC...during their coaching carousel talk with Trevor Matich...absolutely not one word of UT.

I guarantee that Strong does not have an agent because he did not want to the agent a % of his deals!!!

Everyone's Bama friends won't be laughing for long b/c they will be too busy shaking in their boots when Jon F'n Gruden comes to the SEC and wreaks havoc and coaches circles around the other coaches.:rock:
