This has to go down soon. I don't think there's anyway possible that the UTAD can keep this a secret until the end of December.

I would agree with Basilio, Charlie Strong not having an agent, not having representation, should be a red flag. I mean, which high profile coach doesn't have an agent? Even Dooley had an agent.

I was trying all of last night to get confirmation that he was there. I didn't see Lex's post, but if. Gruden was indeed there - which is entirely likely since ESPN was covering it, he's friends with everyone in the business, and was just in DC the day before, I think it lines up perfectly with what folks have been speculating.

Gives a convenient reason for Hart and JG to talk again, and even goes along with the "mystery candidate" Knoxville media was saying would be interviewed Tueday Night/Early Wednesday.

Just had lunch with a co-worker who is a bama fan. He cant understand why we havent gotten a coach yet. To him it doesnt make sense that everyone has supposedly turned us down, he thinks something is up......I agreed with him.

Both of my Bama friends feel the same way. They ain't laughing...they been there done that.

I alway thought the agent thing was silly. I know everybody does it. Why do you need one. You know what you are worth as compared to other coaches. You can have lawyers protect you in the contract. Agents are just siphoning money off the top.
