My point exactly Franklin has the #15 class at Candy and Strong hasn't broke the top 25 in 3 years at a better program

It is not a better program. Vandy offers a better education and plays in a better conference with more exposure. Facilities are not much worse, and CJF (who I strongly despise) has convinced them to spend more money on facilities. Most quality recruits, given the choice, would prefer to play for VU than UL.
