my point though is that it is fact. MLB/Mitchell are reporting what they were told. What they are reporting is fact. They aren't reporting that Tejada took steroids, they are reporting that according to this information and this person, Tejada received HGH and steroids and had them delivered to wherever. If they just make up that Tejada received steroids, there would be a case against MLB. Unless the mets batboy never said a word, or this guy didn't say this, or these records were made up, MLB/Mitchell have nothing to worry about.
