Official Mitchell Report Thread

So Mitchell's biggest source was a former Mets clubhouse guy, yet there are no Mets on the list? I call shenanigans.

I always suspected Len Dykstra, Howard Johnson and Kevin Mitchell. All three of those guys blew up like a balloon after a year or two in the Majors.

so do the current players get forced to retire now, or is it just a permanent * on everything they do? What is the fall out or speculation of the eventual fall out?

the question is who wasn't/isn't on roids? if i was buying roids there is no friggin way i would buy em off of a batboy. i'd make sure they were untraceable.

I'm glad to see the Canseco brothers on the list. We can finally put those rumors to rest.

Nobody ever accused baseball players of being very smart. They are probably the least educated professional athletes out there.

true. i don't blame these guys for roiding. an extra 10-20 hrs or 10 miles on your fastball can literally be worth millions a year. would be hard to resist doing IMO.

Who would have thought a day would come when Jose turned out to be a credible source in matters other than how to act like a moron and hitting women.

He did also say "it's not isolated to certain players or certain clubs. There are members on each of the 30 clubs that have taken illegal substances"

Thank you, George Michell. I can't wait to see the New York media slime, who have made trashing Barry Bonds their lives' work, explain the fact that they have spent all these years venerating a cheater like Andy Pettite as a "quality guy." The Yankees were infested with cheaters right under their collective nose and they said nothing. Hypocrites, one and all.
