In my view, the shipping option is a key part of the contract. They can't unilaterally change it. Meh, they probably have some out in the fine print, but it's the point I'd make.

I have resolved the issue. Called Corporate and pointed this little tidbit out. I read over the contract today and it specifically says they cant unilaterally change it. Should have read the contract before I called them earlier today. They are overnighting a new tv, plus a 100$ gift card. As far as my extenant, thats WalMart's problem now.....well over the tv anyway, they still owe me money.

Excellent choice. Your palate is almost definitely akin to mine.

Been sipping on a bottle of Laphroaig Quarter Cask at the house. It's almost gone :-(

I've also expanded to Japanese Whisky lately. Had some ounce pours of Nikka Whisky 21 year at the Townsend on their break even bottle nights on Sunday. It was nothing short of unique and incredible.
