From what I have been told one can die detoxing from alcohol or Benzodiazepines( Xanax, Valium, etc) if it is not done properly with medication.
I read through his thread were he was trying to quit, really sad.
So................................... ordered a tv on Walmart.com for my dad, his tv is ancient and thought I would give him an early birthday gift for the football season. So I order the tv and specifically check the box marked "ship to store". Well I check back with the account today and they shipped the tv to my old address I had on there, which happens to be a house I am renting out now. To top it off, I just had to serve my tenants there an eviction notice due to non-payment. Call WalMart and tell them the situation and they basically tell me that its on me and that I will have to file a police report if I dont get the tv back. Also when I made the original order, they were shipping to the store, but between the time of the order and shipping, they changed it to not being able to ship to store and just decided to ship it to my home address I had on my account. So I am basically out 800 bucks. Of course I can dispute the charge on my card, but ****, since they changed the shipping method, I would assume they would make it right...........guess I was mistaken.
Yeah I know, but hate that I have to be bothered to do that. I mean it was Walmarts mistake and I would think they would fix it instead of putting it on me. The charge dispute would be on my Walmart credit card lol
There is a valuable lesson to be learned here. Don't have rental property.So................................... ordered a tv on Walmart.com for my dad, his tv is ancient and thought I would give him an early birthday gift for the football season. Are you saying the former tenant stole the TV? was there a signature required? If so, definetly get the police involved if they signed for it.
