Well my son has his first rodeo Saturday. He's been practicing roping. He's been using using a roping dummy. The wife or my daughter will pull it with the rhino and he comes out of the chute on the horse.

I'm a nervous wreck. Lol.

I would about betcha Mr and Mrs Ob are more nervous than he is.

I'll tell him. He's nervous but excited. It will only be done in front of 3-400 folks. A small town rodeo. But it's a good place for him to get use to being watched.

Rodeo season starts this weekend, so he will accumulate points toward cash, belt buckles, saddles, etc. Small cash prizes are paid after each rodeo, so if he qualifies, he will at least have something to show for his hard work.

Yes we are Gramps. My wife changing jobs has us with no insurance until the first of October. (30 days after hire)

He knows how to ride, but a 1200 pound horse can be intimidating to the most experienced rider.

Nah. Just roping calves. :)

He's on a experienced horse.

This horse knows it's stuff. But crow hops when it's back is cold. But, my son gets on it, and the horse goes straight to a lope.... They are smart animals. He knows there is a child on his back.

All this rodeo talk had me missing ole Lecile Harris. Had to go watch some you tubes on him. One of the best rodeo clowns in the country.

So does anyone have any hangover cures? I've been battling one something fierce for the past two days after poker night. 4 of us went through about 3 liters of bonded bourbon in 5 hours. Pretty sure I hurled up a kidney.

There is so much you can freaking do with Excel I don't know that anybody's totally mastered it. You can make video games in excel.

I used to be able to do really fancy stuff like linear programming and regression modeling, but I don't have all the tools anymore, nor do I remember.

But give me your best shot!

Trying to conditionally format cells based on a number in an adjacent column of cells. I've already applied conditional formatting to certain cells to highlight using the simple "Greater than" conditional formatting. But I want the names to highlight once a number in the adjacent cells reaches a certain point. I.E.

Example_zpsogkj3tbw.png


You can see the number highlighted in column E. I want the names in that particular row to highlight as well once that number in either E or F reaches greater than 5.
