I would agree except for the Bama part. If (when) we win against OU, UF and UGA, there will be serious talk of the SECCG and dark horse contention for the playoffs if there are several one loss teams in the top 10. A Bama loss would knock us back, but not out of the spotlight if it's not a blowout.

ETA: Add Arky to that list. I'm tired of hearing how wonderful they are and need a beat down of epic proportions.

I'd just like to get pass GA. If we're lucky to win the East this year we'd still play Bama for the SEC Championship don't you think? I don't know how good LSU is right now. AR could surprise some to be in the big Champ game.

Bama, Auburn, LSU, TAM and Arky all have a shot at the CG. I'd even toss MSU into that mix as well. But even with those six teams competing, they still have to play each other. And that means losers along the way. When we beat UGA, UF and Mizzou, we'll have a straight shot at the CG. And even money on taking home the win even if it is a rematch against Bama or Arky. We'd be 11-1 or 10-2 at worst going in, which the 11-1 means we are in the playoff talks heading into the game.

11-2 or even 10-3 means we wouldn't be the talk of the town for the playoffs, but we'd get a New Years Bowl as well as a top 15, likely top 10 preseason ranking next year.

Sounds great GV. We'll sit back & watch & see how all this shakes out. Gonna be fun. All the dicks on Game Day have picked OU to win today but by a "close" game.

I need recommendations for game day food....

My go to in the past has always been firehouse subs. Fully involved Italian steamer.

Thought maybe I'd do something different this year

Told my boss I wasn't coming in. He asked why, I told him Tennessee was playing football. He laughed and said okay. I already had 70 hours. That's enough for one week.

Ok. I tried the whole- "find all posts by hog" no luck.

I may have to get on the PC, mobile may be limited with the search feature.

Another idea. I think Wendy's has very good chili. I have bought a couple of their family size chili's for gameday in the past. That may be an option.

I looked that up. It seems it has many uses. Everything from a antihistamine to a sleep aid.

I made a bet with a friend after some beers last week.

20-1 odds that Tennessee plays Arky in the SECCG. I lose 50 bucks if it doesn't happen.
