I had a very large oak cut down a couple of years ago. I figured the crew would show up with some type of scissor lift, but two guys showed up and one climbed way up in the tree with his saw. I've got a pic somewhere. There's no way I'd do that kind of work.

My wife's family did/does logging here in the area. Her papaw(hilarious guy) still does that in his 70's now. Two years ago he had a tree fall on his knee and broke it. He took the chainsaw cut the log of him while he was pinned and walked down the mountain. That is the definition of a hard ass.

Might have. He carved a chair out of stump that blew over in his yard. I'll get a picture of it this weekend when I'm down there. Cracks me up when he sits in it waving at cats passing by.

This is my impression of Jones(and/or Davis, ty GV) so far as well. The guy is obviously a great recruiter and representative of the school, but I haven't been very impressed with his game day decision making, nor with his idea to bring in Debord at OC. I don't think he's on any kind of hotseat for the foreseeable future, but if he doesn't really show something extremely positive with his squad this year.. the honeymoon might be over for most of the fanbase.
