lol, didn't think of it that way.

Colorado has some great hiking. I did seven 14ers while I was there. Though never did Pikes Peak since it was in the "backyard" so to speak.

You start at 12,000 so the altitude really kicks in when you get out of the car. I'd suggest staying a couple of days in Denver or Colorado Springs (you'd love the bar and pub scene there) to get acclimated before heading out.

I lived in Littleton, Denver, and Kremling before coming to Austin. If it weren't for the winter, I'd still be there.

Twas also the beginning of the end of the most potential Mizz Flicka.

If the cost of living wasn't outrageous, I would have moved back when I retired.

Kremmling is way off the beaten path. What took you out there?

Vision quest post Mizz Flicka. Rented out a **** shack to store my effects. I spent 4-5 days a week in the woods around Chimney Rock for about 2 months.

Nice country up there. I had to look up the town to figure out where it was.

My favorite part was the Gunnison/Crested Butte area out in the Gunnison National Forest. Beautiful country out in that area and good fishing at Lost Lake. Outstanding place to make a long weekend of drinking cheap canned beer, fish and let life pass you by.

That stuff is putrid.... It took a while to get it all down and I had to concentrate to keep it that way. After drinking it and going through the external atomic colon explosion the actual procedure is cake.

After my second one I woke up with this black nurse pushing on my stomach telling me to try and pass gas..... I was so high I only said WTF
