Of course I am no attorney, my understanding is:

Proof of insurance is not required when you register and obtain your license, however it is state law one must be insured. If you are stopped while driving or have an accident the LEO can ask for proof of insurance. You don't have it, you get a ticket.

Won't need no utility bill

Birth Certificate. You will not need to tag. I don't think you would via transfer of license from another state.

The price of vehicle tags will vary throughout the state. The cost will depend on which county you move to. Some counties collect a wheel tax at the time of tag purchase.

So the laws have changed. Thanks.

Shelby or Fayette county is where I'll reside. No emission checks best I remember.

May give them a call tomorrow and see if they will require me to retest for my cdl (Hopefully not)

As long as your CDL is valid you won't have to re-test. Will have to prove residency and have another valid ID.

See, I don't really consider Chik-fil-A's nuggets, nuggets. Kind of like popcorn chicken more than anything.

Don't get me wrong, I could live off Chik-Fil-A, but when it comes to nuggets, Wendy's hands down.
