Official Seed List Watch Party Thread

Could lose in Round 1 or make it to the National Title game. Kind of what we’ve all said about this team the past month. Consistency will determine how far we go. Gotta make shots, it really is as simple as that.
Yeah, that's what I was saying. Looking back, it's poorly worded, but yeah, that data leaves every possible option on the table in the NCAAT.

The good news is that there is so much parity and top teams losing in the regular season across basketball that if we make the Sweet 16/Elite 8 it may be more even than some of the previous years would have been (or others might get upset)

That's basically describes every team in the country this year. Why not us?

A 40 point victory seems like a good way to start a strong finish 😁

It's all about matchups and its evident USCjr who beat UK @ Rupp and took Alabama to the wire, just don't matchup with the Vols at all. It's weird and hard to quantify but we are good enough if we can just skip bad matchups.
Remember the 2014 Cuonzo team I think Duke would have beat them handily, but Mercer upset Duke in 32 round and gave Vols a win over Mercer next round in 2014. That team IMO was good, but the matchup was lucky. It's madness no doubt.

I don’t, I think you’ll have a chaotic 1st round, and some 2nd round too, but I think you’ll still see mostly the favorites in E8/F4.
I do think someone seeded 4 or lower will make the FF this year but that’s not unusual at all really. I agree overall though. Some chaos early but out of the Sweet 16 I’d guess 11 or 12 will be 1-4 seeds who are supposed to be there. Elite 8 will be 5 or 6 1-2s. Final 4 will be 2 1s, a 2 or 3 and a 4-7. I hope I’m wrong and it’s a bloodbath outside of us of course!

Unfortunate that all the 3 seed teams won yesterday, but it’s nice that the 4/5 seeds are mostly losing so that way we can look to secure a 3 seed easier. Seems to be a big difference between 3 and 4. Of course we were a 3 seed last year as well and got an unfortunate matchup

I’d love to see TN versus UCLA in a regional final or semi. ZZ versus Tyger Campbell. Jahmai Mashack guarding Jaime Jaquez. Las Vegas?
