Matt Holliday said in a post game interview that we're getting Allen Craig back for the World Series. I'd be glad to have him back at DH and pinch hitting.

My doubt comes from the fact that Craig still has to run the bases... Cardinals.com had reported that even at 50-75% pace, he was running with a noticeable limp. Hope a run doesn't get decided by having him held up at 3rd...

Even is a run is lost by holding him up at third, I'm willing to bet that the team will gain more runs with him at the plate than the alternative.

I'm all for bringing in Craig's bat. Gaining Craig and not having one of our pitchers hit is a huge advantage.

The Cardinal haters will argue that it's the wrong call and try to use Jim Joyce in the argument, but it was MOST DEFINITELY the correct call.

Like I said in a previous post, I hate winning like this, but the call was correct.

Just happy we got the win after leaving runners who were on 3rd with 0 outs twice.
