Oh Wonderful! Flu Vaccine May Not Work

You're on the right track. Now do research on "SV-40" a strain of our patented "Polio Vaccine" and see how it's now found in most all major cancers and autism patients. My grandmother received 5 shots upon birth. We are approaching 20 now in newborns...while autism, breast cancer, etc, increases every year.
Maybe I'm missing something but since everybody receives the polio vaccine, why would it be a surprise to find the antibodies in everybody?

I have to get a flu vaccine for work every year. I'll take the shot any day, I just can't stand the flu mist. I've never had the flu. I can't credit anything as to why for sure. Pretty fortunate.

I honestly think its fishy that most people I know who get the vaccine end up sick. Then the Dr always tells them its a different strain us why. The whole time people in their 30's are dropping dead from strokes and heart problems, and tons of babies are getting autism and crap. I'm no conspiracy theorist, but my parents generation and grandparents never had all this and you couldn't kill them! 80, 90, and older wearing what they wanted. Never heard of half the diseases. Just funny to me.
Wow that is the worst justification for a conspiracy theory I've ever read. Yes some people live to see old age but do you honestly not believe none of their contemporaries dropped dead at 30? All you're seeing are the ones who made it

Don't even get me started on the autism thing. My son was diagnosed 6 years ago and I had anti-vax people sending me links out the wazoo. If you research it, you find a million holes in their theory.

I'm not anti-vax, I just think its odd. I'm no Dr, but the number of things popping up is caused by something. I do wish the best for your son. Prayers for your family.

I know it sounds odd because I honestly don't mean it like I think its a conspiracy. It just makes me wonder.

1) The strains that are in the shot are chosen based on huge amount of research, but since there are a ton of different strains, yes there is a chance that they miss one.

2) You CANNOT get the flu from the flu shot. Can not happen. Complete myth.

3) All these cospiracy yahoos...the Flu shot saves thousands of lives. This isn't just about preventing you from getting the flu...it is about spreading the flu. Folks go up in arms about Ebola spreading. See what happens if everyone stopped taking their flu shot.

What makes you wonder? All you're claiming is because there are old people today that proves drugs are killing us. It makes zero sense. People were dying at young ages back then to diseases we don't even worry about now

Dude, anecdotal data is just as good as actual data.

Never had the flu and see no reason to bother with getting a flu shot.

a quick cost/benefit analysis done in my brain tells me to get the shot.

Did this happen right after the shot? How long did the symptoms last?

I've only ever had a single reaction to the flu vaccine and that's because I had mono and didn't know it and got a flu shot. Even then it was merely a high fever for roughly 24 hours.

I was sick for a few days. My defenses have never really been good and i get sick really easily. I once had the Flu three times one winter.

I've gotten the flu shot every year for the past 7 years. Haven't gotten flu. I also haven't died either so I think the shot also prevents death, which is a plus.

I bet you've caught some of that autism that's going around though.

Only thing I was going to add is that the chances are very great that you were incubating the flu before you even got the shot. The timing was purely coincidental. I'd bet money if you got another flu shot you'd be fine, but you'll probably be too afraid to try it though.

My wife got the flu shot and she currently has the flu. She's been screened and everything. Oddly enough she never had a fever so maybe the shot helped keep it under control.

I got the shot yesterday under her behest. I've never had the flu so I maybe arrogantly underestimate it.

You might already be too late. It takes 2 weeks for the vaccine to become effective.

You've never seen a cancer patient doing fairly descent until chemo or radiation, then boom they're dead? I have a wife with a bad case of lupus who wasn't as bad until these 14 pills a day. I'm not saying its a conspiracy and they're trying to kill us, but I do think a lot of medicine hurts more than it helps. Just my opinion though. I reckon its OK to have one, and your entitled to yours.
